Tony Kerns
President

The founder of Kerns Construction has been responsible for the utmost in quality construction for over 35 years.  His body of work consists of numerous multi-family and single family residential projects, custom homes and commercial construction.  With the majority of his career spent in Florida and California, he has been acutely familiar with some of the strictest building codes in the country while working with exceptional builders and developers prior to starting his own firm in 2008.  He is ultimately responsible for the successful execution of all Kerns Family Construction projects and ensures high-quality delivery, on time and on budget with the implementation of our vision and standards.  Tony’s energy and enthusiasm for construction is the foundation on which Kerns Family Construction is built!


Linda Starr Kerns
Vice President

As Vice President, Linda encompasses many roles for Kerns Family Construction, especially quality assurance, bidding and close out for all jobs.  She is a licensed Sales Associate in the State of Florida and has over twenty years in real estate as the Executive Vice President for a leading developer, where she finalized entity formation, business terms, partnership agreements, coordinated legal documentation associated with land and property acquisitions, developed condominium association documents, managed human resources and handled all aspects of insurance and risk management. Her eye for detail, ability to multi-task and a vast knowledge of “what Buyers are looking for” ensures each and every Kerns Family project is delivered at the highest level!
