Circle Oaks – An Unmatched Custom Home:

This spacious 6,000 squarefoot home built by Kerns Family Construction is truly a one of a kind.  Located within an equestrian community, everything about this home says warmth.  Features include hand scraped walnut floors, spacious balconies, built in custom cabinetry, a library, pecky cypress beams, and the latest in technology and green building standards. 

Adalia – A Residential Renovation:

This 1950’s waterfront home was a gem waiting to shine. The owner’s discerning taste is evident in the extensive renovation by Kerns Family Construction. Ebony stained floors, custom built in cabinetry and varying natural stones grace the interior where water views jump out at every turn. Outside, an incredible entertainment area was created on the pool terrace overlooking the Bay and boat lift.

Carousel Inn – A Beachfront Commercial Renovation:

Years of exposure to the salt air was having a negative impact on this treasured Old Florida Ft. Myers Beach landmark, and thus the owner hired Kerns Family Construction to preserve the Inn for future generations to enjoy. Bright colors and fresh landscape were just the ‘icing’ on this significant renovation on the affordable 27-room Beach Inn.  The facelift paid for itself quickly and helped the owner increase revenues year round.
